good cheap clothes?

my grandma wants us to go to jcpenney to buy me clothes for school but i only have $100 and i wanna buy more clothes for less money
should i go to ross? (never been there) or is there any other place you guys would recommend

To be honest JCPenny has pretty cheap clothes as well but you just need to LOOK for them. Last month I got a REALLY cute dress at JCP that was on sale for $8 and before the sale it was originally $59! 
Make sure to check for any sales and check the clearance section too.

Tbh I work at goodwill. They are cheap & affordable. $100 can get you far there. Nice retail store.

tj maxx, marshalls, or Burlington are my go tos. i get my kids a good amount shopping there. i always check the clearance racks first too!

Ross! I just bought maternity clothes for $50 for 4 things. Anywhere else thats 1-2 items. Their regular clothes are so good and their tshirts are like $5 and it is much cheaper than anything else. Cotton day dresses are $10
