Laughing Gas?

So i am talking to my sister about birthing plan, i really want to do a Water Birth. And my
Sister said that at this birthing center they do laughing gas? What are you thoughts on this?

Like I've told my doctor if I wouldn't get into trouble and I knew it would be fine, I'd vape weed during the whole thing and I'd probably deliver like a champ! Lol but this isn't possible so she recommend gas and that's what I'll be doing instead of the epidural. Lol damn.

I used it, worked quite well till I took some during a really painful contraction and breathed it in too quickly. I almost puked cuz of it which is a common thing to happen, after that I didn't have any more cuz I moved to the bed to deliver.

I have used laughing gas before but it was for dental work and it just made me loopy but it wasn't bad and you recover from it quick do what you feel you need or have it as an option and wait till the day to see if you want to go through with it or nor
