In Illinois everyone runs red lights. Seriously. No one gets a ticket. Maybe up in Chicago, but not anywhere else. Fucking school buses run red lights.

Those damn photo enforced lights!! Our town finally did away with them but it was after I got one for running a red light at an intersection that was notorious for being super slick in the rain...I made the decision to run it vs locking up my breaks and sliding through it (I've witnessed many vehicles slide through)

Nope. fun fact: If you cannot stop for a red light in Fairbanks AK because of ice , you can continue going through it without being ticketed. They do not plow the roads and ice can get like two feet thick.
