Did you notice anything unusual about your ovulation? I am on my fifth month of Femara, and mid-cycle, the cramps are so obvious, and seems to be on both sides of my lower stomach (it is usually just on one side, and just some pinching), and I have back pain, which is very unusual. And I actually got one wipe of brown discharge today. Just hoping that I'm having a strong ovulation! I am on cd14 of a typical 28-day cycle. We had sex a couple days ago, and again tonight.
