Get rid of him, my favorite thing to do to guys is to drop them with no explanation.  Change your number.  Just cut them off  100%. No contact what so ever.  They hate that. Don't explain yourself,  don't show any emotion, don't make him feel like you cared.  Believe me that hurts the most.  Or as was already commented stab the fucker... repeatedly and with no remorse 😂
