I have noxema pads, which are basically the same thing. I only use them when my acne is really bad (these darn hormones) I've probably only used it 2 times. Try not to use it too often, because it can actually make your face break out more

It is safe to use, just don't over use them because what it is doing is exfoliating your skin. If used too much it will cause your skin to become dry and irritable, which in return can cause more breakouts.

They work well but use every other day. I used them daily and got a burn looking mark on my face. Doc says it was too strong or using it too often.
