A little advice?

If you were in a relationship with a man for two and a half years, and that man texted another woman flirting, but never text her again after the first time, could you forgive him? Take into account that this is two weeks after you told him you were pregnant. At 9 months pregnant you found out this happened. You didn't know the entire time that the incident happened, and he lied to your face and said he didn't when you asked. All because he said he didn't feel the need to admit something that only happened once because he felt guilty and didn't want to lose his family because he had no real interest in the woman. What would you do about this situation? Is this considered cheating?

I would be pissed and it would cause distrust, a lot of distrust. He would have to definitely earn my trust back. It would probably break us up. Lying about flirting with another woman after finding out a newborn is on the way is the ultimate disrespect.

I consider that to be what I call an emotional affair. It's definitely cheating to me. I suggest trying to talk it through. It may have been a while ago but that doesn't mean it should be swept under the rug. I believe in dealing with problems in a relationship and that is a problem. Trust will probably need to be restored on your end. But if he's willing to put in the work I'd give him a chance.

I probably wouldn't leave him for it. I'd be pissed sure and I'd lose some trust him but I don't think I'd leave... But if he did it again then ya think about leaving or counseling. But for sure his butt would be on a leash lol! But maybe think about counseling because that can ruin relationships. But best of luck!
