Anybody else have to wear a mouth guard?

Dentist recommended it for my TMJD, I grind and clench my teeth but during the day, not much at night so I didn’t think it would help 🤷🏾‍♀️ have to research it because I’m having trouble with my jaw when I eat and yawn.

I should as my tmj is absolutely horrible but I don’t have the $500 the thing costs to get it
