yeast infection + pregnant

so I'm 15 wks 4 days pregnant and on about Saturday or Sunday I realized I had a yeast infection I did some research and found put monistat is fine during pregnancy so I bought the 3 day one. on the second day it seemed like things where getting better and I continued to use it but now 2 days after I finished the yeast infection is still here and my labia is inflamed 😭😭

I'm calling the OB today again but does anyone have any extra tips or experience with this I'm suffering a bit 😞😞
