Implantation Bleeding or something else?

Okay so this entire post is probably TMI. But here it goes. I was going to the bathroom (#2, so I was kind of pushing harder than usual) and I noticed this light brownish clot/tissue fell out of me? It was a decent enough size to catch my attention but nothing crazy. No extra blood or spotting when I wiped or anything. I’ve been having mild cramps for the past couple of days and I am currently DPO 5 or 6? Do y’all think this is something to worry about or something I should be hopeful for and this is just maybe implantation trying to occur?!? Thanks in advance!!
