TTC questions, maybe I'm sick????

I have been ttc my 2nd baby for two months. I am currently 5 days until my period is due and tested negative this morning.

however I have been having hot flashes, peeing a TON, my armpits have been smelling like crazy. I am bloated, my appetite has totally changed (eating less and no longer crave sugar at all) I have PMDD and usually right after ovulation my symptoms start, but I havent had any pmdd symptoms yet at all. also- my belly feels pregnant? I have a small ball of firmness in my belly that I only ever felt when I was pregnant with my first.

if I am not pregnant, does anyone have any ideas about what the heck this could be??
