How do you deal with someone in the work place repeatedly calling you fat, when you have explained you're pregnant?

It's really hurting my feelings and my work place won't do anything about it because he is slow.

Slow or not, he's still employed, and your employer is responsible for maintaining a healthy work environment. Name calling is a form of harassment. Go to your HR, tell them if this problem is not resolved (because it IS harassment) you're going to a higher source, and if they don't agree, a police report will show them differently.

Don't be so sensitive. You said yourself he's slow. You know it's pregnancy so do your other coworkers. All you csn do is keep correcting him. You can go to HR And they can talk to him but if he's not getting it from you telling him, he probably won't from them either.

He probably isn't saying it to be mean. Some mentally disabled people are like little kids and can't help bit tell the truth. And since you are gaining weight from the baby he doesn't know how else to describe it. Have you had a really conversation about why you are gaining weight to him? Honestly, he shouldn't get in trouble for it of he doesn't know better. It can take a while for him to fully understand what you mean.

I had a older guy from work constantly calling me the fat pregnant lady. .i Asked  him numerous times to stop..he kept going so when I threatened to knock him out he knew why. He never spoke to me again
