There are three bumps on my lower lip and I noticed them yesterday. My family told me to put garlic on it so I did that. It isn’t painful but it’s itchy. I went to the doc to get tested and she was like we don’t do blood test for hsv1 or 2 bc it isn’t accurate and it would’ve had liquid if it was herpes / looks like you got that from irritation from something just use vaseline. Honestly I’m still paranoid about it bc I have a family member who has herpes and they poured there drink into mine and I was think maybe that’s what caused it. I smoke also , and I have sensitive skin ... should I see a dermatologist idk what to do like what if the doctor is wrong
