Confused

My last few cycles have either been 24,25 or 26 days but for whatever reason glow is forecasting this one to be 29 days 🤔 either way I am in cd26 today and no sign of Aunt Flo but am getting neg tests. I have been really crampy, achy down below and kind of have that feeling I’ve been kicked in the “area”... I don’t normally get cramps until my actual period starts. Anyone having anything similar or has had period type cramps with a positive outcome? Thanks ladies
