Sore breasts after 4DPO?

Has anyone had sore breasts about 4-5 days after predicted ovulation/conception and we’re indeed pregnant? I don’t want to sound crazy but my boobs and nipple sensitivity has been out of the roof lately and this has never happened my breasts don’t get tender till about 2 days before AF. This is my second month ttc and last month I believe I had missed my ovulation due to being out of town so I was understanding but this cycle I’ve been home and we’ve been right on track and have had sex every day/every other day to be certain. I have a regular 28 day cycle as well. Currently AF is due in 6 days. Are sore breasts this early a common symptom of pregnancy? I’ve had to wear non padded and non wired bras because it gets so bad and the sensitivity fluctuates so like yesterday it was intense and today the sensitivity is mild. I’m also peeing a lot more and having crazy ass dreams that I vividly remember after waking up? Please help I need insight lol
