Help me..!!!Which prenatal Multivitamin is Best during pregnancy??Materna+DHA or centrum or any other suggestion?

Hi, I got positive blood test yesterday and as per my last Period it was May 24 so I’m 11 weeks 2 day. Doctor Gave me materna samples for few days..doctor asked me to do few other blood test ,so waiting for report and then he will do first ultrasound.This is my first baby so little bit worried about medication and all..help me..!!

I can’t do anything that has that fish taste from the DHA. It makes me gag. I take Rainbow Light Prenatal, it doesn’t have any DHA so I also take The Honest Co Prenatal DHA. No fish taste at all! They actually have strawberry flavor in their coating.

My doctor just told me to find one that had folate/folic acid, iron, and DHA. She told me those were the three main things she wanted me to look for in a prenatal and she didn’t care about brand or anything

My OB/GYN told me to take one with 1 mg of folic acid and this is the only OTC one I’ve found with it
