Ovulation pain??

Question

Help all! I have never ovulated before due to high prolactin. I have been on cabergoline and my levels are normal now. I have gotten positive OPK’s Wednesday, Thursday, and today, but no temp spike. Tonight i have felt kinda crampy, almost like before my period comes. Are these ovulation pains?

What were your levels? How did you know you have never ovulated? Were your periods regular before you found out about your levels? Sorry for some many questions just recently found out my levels are 79 while normal is like 30

They might be your body trying to ovulate but you may not be ovulating. I get the cramps but no ovulation happens.
