Smoking weed

Would you report somebody that smokes weed while holding they 6 month old baby and also smokes in front of they other kids I don’t like to call child services on people but I don’t think it’s alright that she is doing this and she also leaves her kids in the house by themselves while she goes to the store a job interview or any place she doesn’t want to take them the oldest is 5 and she has 4 kids

Update: So I’m definitely going to call I thank all you ladies for your input it’s so hard for me because I personally know her but I don’t want anything to happen to those babies at all I love her kids and smoking weed in our state is illegal I use to smoke but I damn sure had respect for my kids and would never do it around them I have tried talking to her about leaving those babies at home and she continue to do it
