Ok ladies want some input!!!

First off let me just give you a quick rundown... Me and my husband have been ttc for 6 years.. My AF is very irregular( maybe 2 a year) i have had a cyst removed from my right ovary, did 3 rounds of clomid and still nothing... This year my AF is a little more regular but my obgyn thpught it would be best to get a laparoscopy to flush my tubes and have holes drilled in my ovaries.. Now i am going on 2 months after my surgery and we are trying hard... So i bought PRE-SEED... I guess i am truly wondering how well this stuff works... If you could tell me your story i would really appreciate it... And would it work better if i am taking prenatals???
