Waiting for a bump...

I'm waiting waiting waiting for a bump to appear. My stomach has rounded a bit- enough for say a massage therapist to know I'm pregnant if I wear a tight shirt- but I think I lost so much weight in the beginning of the pregnancy I'm still barely showing at all at almost 20 weeks and it makes me feel a mixture of sad- and like people think I'm just fat. Is anyone else experiencing lack of a bump?
