Welcome back, nausea.

19+3 and nausea has hit me tonight like a train. I just took a unisom and am praying it goes away. I even had to pull out my seabands again and I'm out of ginger ale because I haven't had "morning sickness" since week 10!!!! I think baby Ava is having a major growth spurt in there. Is this a thing? For babies to have growth spurts and cause nausea?

Also, I'm peeing seriously every 30 minutes and getting nothing out. Is this normal or should I ask my doctor about a UTI? FTM so I'm new to this all! I knew I'd pee more but I didn't think it would be every 20-30 minutes and only a couple drops would come out. 😭
