If you are scared of heights I would recommend not sitting next to the window because looking down might scare you. Once you are in the plane it feels fine, hardly even feels like you’re moving

I love planes but totally get it if they give you anxiety, try taking relaxants before you go on a plane or bring something to listen to/watch to distract yourself. Also be ready for your ears to pop

I actually love traveling so being on planes is something I enjoy! But if you are nervous, I suggest plugging in some music, and just trying to relax. Taking deep breaths and try not to think about high you are up.

I hate planes & heights but u don't really notice the heights cuz u feel safe. the plane feels like ur in a car once ur up in the air. it isn't bad. I've been on a plane a lot & always make it fine but still HATE planes lol

I have a bad fear of airplanes and something happening to it. I’ve been flying since I was a baby, but I haven’t flown in years so I was terrified last year. Turbulence scares me shitless! We went on vacation last year and I was such a nervous wreck. Best thing to do is just take deep breaths and keep yourself busy to distract you. When we got bad turbulence, my anxiety was so bad I felt like I was gonna puke and faint, so i started to read their menu 😂 do whatever to get your mind off of it. Listening to music also helps!
