Okay update! So I ended up texting him first last night and we talked from 9 to midnight then we went to bed. The more I get to know him I like him more but I don't know what to do bc he was talking to me about how he's gonna have no time in his junior year with work and school. He was telling me that he's not going to have time for a gf but then we was flirting with me earlier so I can't figure out why like if he's trying to let me down easy or if he is actually worried that he won't have time for a gf.
