I finished week 3. 10 pounds gone. at first I was not sure this lifestyle was for me. until this pass few days. We went to dinner with family to the best pizza place. I was happy to order my gluten free meat loaf with w sides of vegs. I didn't miss the pizza. then yesterday was my monthly take my nieces to lunch day. They wanted Chinese so we went to the buffet. I didn't even crabe the noodle or sugar biscuits. I had a large salad with cheese, bacon, and chicken. I did try a few keto friendlt looking item but they were so sweet. I can see this being a easy change that I can happily live with. Next big challenge is a wedding in September. I Love Wedding Cake but if it means feeling extra tired then I will pass. Since starting keto i no longer get daily heartburn and my face hasn't broken out.
