I took the oral capsule prescribed by my doctor and am using the cream Is it normal for the discharge to not leave straight away it’s almost like it’s getting rid of it is that normal ?

Yes just give it some time , you can also try Dipping a tampon in yogurt or putting yogurt in the applicator and freeze it , it will alleviate some of symptoms as well. I use just the chobani fat free plain yogurt
