Flutters?

Question

Hey guys, I'm a first time mom and got all of you moms with multiple children what exactly to flutters feel like?  I know it can take up to 25 weeks for me to feel them ( I'm 16 weeks) but I'm just wondering what I should be expecting them to feel like. Thanks all.

I would explain it like if you move your tongue on the side of your inside cheek and then you place your hand over your cheek.. It's that "weird " feeling haha

I started feeling baby move around 16 weeks. I can't describe how it feels. Almost like a worm in your hand,  but in your belly, especially when I went from lying on my left (her favorite side), to the right side. I only felt her at night, I'm not sure if its because she was low in my belly it felt squirmy, until 19 weeks, and the uterus moved up. It can be a little poke now, especially after cold water, or a hour after a meal, to  squirmy feelings, like she's changing position. I like the little pokes on occassion, but if she gets too low, or close to my bladder, it can make me change position.  I felt the nerve pain, as she kicked, like lightening, going into my pelvis twice.  Sometimes she wakes me up, rhythmically pounding repeatedly, when I wake up on my back, during the night, like she's mad at me, and needs me on my side (womb service). I find I get more movement and pokes 1 hour after a carbohydrate meal, like pasta, during the day. The night movements were my first feelings of her, I think maybe the empty stomach, and being awoken at 2am, is her norm, and helped me distinguish her, from other  belly movements (gas, food).  Each mommy feels things differently.... I never felt the tiny bubbles other moms talked about :( She's a mover and if she's gonna poke, I'll feel it :)

If you have ever had twitches in a muscle it's like that but in your belly I first felt them at 16 weeks also I find the baby moves more at night when I'm getting comfy to sleep 😄

I'm 17 weeks & feels like the tiniest of kicks. Felt them near 15 weeks, geting stronger everyday so I know it's baby :)

The first thing I felt (which in retrospect was baby) was a feeling in the pit of my stomach like I was riding a roller coaster. While it was happening I just thought it was the urge to pee, but it would go away without me actually peeing. The next was twitches like muscle spasms. Now his movement is increasing and there's no doubt the movement (kicks, punches, head butts, rotating).

To me it feels like when you have a mouth full of that pop rock candy, but in you belly....2nd time mom and feeling them since 14 weeks  (currently 16 weeks ).
