My husband and I have been TTC since May. I’m 38 and he just turned 40 yesterday. We have no kids yet and never actually had any desire for a baby until this past year. So we’ve been having a little anxiety about it. I’m in my fertile window this weekend so we’ve been joking around about a birthday baby for him. When I got my most recent period we were both disappointed and sad. He confessed to me today that after we have sex lately he, in his head chants “go baby go.” So this morning after we finished and he told me that, he made me chant “go baby go” with him while putting his hand on my stomach. I was laughing and crying at the same time. He told me he thought doing that would help my anxiety issues about TTC because a happy womb is good for future baby. I just had to share this super sweet story.
