Castor Oil Pack Help!
Iv heard about using castor oil pack before ovulation, its supposed to warm uterus and fallopian tubes which helps to get pregnant dont know if this is true but worth a try!
I am just putting warm castor oil covering it with a normal flannel then putting a hot water bottle on top for like 40min a day.
Am i doing this right? Iv read so many ways of this being done...any advise and did it help anyone?
