Is this a miscarriage or uterine lining?

Ive been having cramps and started to have brown discharge and then spotting of bleeding. 
The cramps got worst through the night and I felt like I’d come on, so I went the the toilet and as I went to wipe this came out onto the tissue. I’m worried. Please has anyone else had this?  Sorry about the photos

What do you think this is? I’m so scared and worried. I had a miscarriage last year but I was 9weeks and I was in and out of hospital and can’t really what I was passing as I was bleeding so much
