So I've been having major diarrhea and bloating
Every no and then I'd feel better and it'd go away but it's just been coming back and I don't know what to do anymore. ANYONE HAVE SUGGESTIONS OR ADVICE

If you don’t have any allergies to dairy, I would suggest adding yogurt to your diet and making sure to get a full 8 glasses of water each day. If this problem persists beyond diet change and hydration, schedule an appointment with your primary care provider to rule out things such as food intolerance, IBS, anxiety, etc. Hope you feel better soon!
