3 months after having my first boy in October of 2015 I opted for the birth control Nexplanon (implant in my arm). About a year later I had it removed due to it causing me to have a heavy bleed of a "mucus plug" substance every day.

Here we are today ttc #2 and I've followed this app for 2 months trying to get on track and cutting out bad foods and pop. My husband and I baby danced twice before ovulation, the day of, and more after. Ever since then, every night before I fall asleep I feel little muscle spasms around my lower abdomen. Everything else has been normal down under as well.

I have been a lot more tired and hungry in the past 2 weeks. Ovulation day was Aug. 2nd. Expected to start AF by the end of this week (Aug. 16-17th)

I'm not sure what to think anymore. We, as a family, are ready to add on.
