Sever pain 😩 what to do

So in May I got the Kyleena IUD inserted.. I spotted on and off for a month which was fine no cramps as such.. after the spotting stopped I have not got a period who’s is great. But since the spotting has stopped I get these sever cramps most days where I will have to stop what I’m doing and just breath through the pain. I also get bad back cramps at the same time. Today I noticed like a cloth but not of blood more like my uterus lining.. I’m so so lost as to what to do and I don’t have A doctors appointment till October as I recently just moved countries. Does anyone no if this is normal or had anyone experienced similar situation please help!! I’m just desperate at this stage!!
