A lot of movement one day, and the next day not so much

So yesterday this little girl was moving like crazy! Kicking me left and right and today not so much 😭 she’s done this before but I try not to freak out bc the only time she moves is when I poke at her. It’s just weird and scary that one day she’ll be super active kicking on her own and the next day I have to mess with her just to feel her move! Has this happened to anyone?!
