This is my first time being pregnant, but I'm a big girl, around 280. I'm extremely nervous and embarrassed about my first appointment... I'm mainly scared that they are going to be "concerned" about my weight and that I'm basically going to leave feeling embarrassed and ashamed of myself. I wish I had lost weight before getting pregnant, but I am over the moon about having this baby! I just hope the doctors don't make me feel terrible about it:(
