13 weeks pregnant with HPV

Well, I just received a call from my OBGYN's nurse that my pap came back abnormal and that I am positive with HPV. I am terrified. This has never happened before and I am so scared! I have to wait til August 11 for my appointment, where I will then be 16 weeks pregnant and she said she will have to do some type of procedure where they scrape my cervix and send it off for biopsy. I'm so scared and I just want to curl in a ball and cry!
