Also what were your experience with waist trainers? And where can I get an affordable one? I want to try it but all the ones I see are expensive!

Waist trainers do not work.

They will harm your organs by compressing them together. Using a band after birth can help hold your abdominals in place as you lose weight and heal. But other than that, they do more harm than good and should NOT be used long term. It's a horrible fad.

Don't forget it's basically a corset, and women used to faint in corsets because they couldn't expand their chest enough to breathe deeply. It deformed their lower floating ribs and compressed their organs.
