I am 24 years old. I have had 4 intense reoccurring bloody noses over the last 4 days. I found blood in my stool a week ago and had heart palpitations last week and I have a sharp pained headache constantly but it gets worse after my bloody noses. I have low iron and I take supplements. I also have had off nala ages platelets before but never had any symptoms. I am scared I have leukemia because I have never suffered from these symptoms. Anyone have the same experience ?

I have a doctors appt tomorrow to get my blood drawn- I hope to get answers 🙏🏼
