I would talk to your doctor. My doctor told me that from 36 weeks on she didn't want me further than 1 hour from the hospital.

It all depends on how you are feeling! Take lots of stretch breaks - you'll probably have to stop to pee every 30 mins anyways lol

I have a 5h trip to school (distance program, in person workshop 1x a month) when I'm 36w. It's round trip so I'm literally spending 10h in the car and 7h in class. I'm really hoping I'm up for going. Since it's only 1x a month I really don't want to miss it.

I did 12 one way that pregnant. It's okay. just make sure you pee when you can and stretch your legs!
