Feeling so nervous,anxious,upset ect... went in yesterday for my 6 weeks scan because I had 2 mc in a row and the tech said no fetus detected and no heartbeat detected... they said come back in 2 weeks for another scan to see if we can find a fetus. Has anyone been in this same spot and had a positive outcome? I am having g a really hard time staying positive even though I was measuring spot on,they saw a gestational sac and yolk sac and I'm not bleeding g or spotting. Anyone have any stories or on the same or similar spot?!!!
