Honeymoon

Ok lovely ladies I need your help. I'm getting married next September . And we are looking at places to go for our honey moon. We have never been to America so that is where we would love to go, But what I want to ask is, Where would you all suggest for us to go. Where is better for the start of September? What states? What is there to do that's fun but romantic? Thank you in advance x
