Odd lump

So I recently went to a music festival and was camping the entire time. I’ve been home for a week exactly today and I now have a somewhat large lump under the skin in my bikini zone. The skin right on top of the lump has no hair on it, even though normally I keep my pubic hair short and trimmed. I’m not sure if I possibly got bit by a spider and didn’t notice? The area doesn’t itch though. I thought it might be an ingrown hair so I was picking at it and some white pus came out? Like a zit. But its definitely under the skin as I can squeeze it and feel it under there. I did have sex with 2 men there, we used protection but I know that can’t prevent certain STIs. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
