Nose piercing?

Is the side where you get yours nose pierce have to do anything with your sexual orientation? Does it mean something?

No. I have heard this though, it's mostly older people that say this because in the late 1980s and 1990s gay men would get only their left ear pierced and apparently lesbians would pierce the left nostril. It was some sort of signal to other gays that they were gay 🤷
