Is it possible to have your period and be pregnant?
I have the nexplonon implant, but it expired last week. I’ve had my period for 2 weeks now (which is normal for me on my implant), but I have all the signs and symptoms of pregnancy. The only things that are making me assume I’m not pregnant is that my breasts aren’t full or tender and I have had my period for the past 2 weeks. 
My symptoms have been: nauseous every day, emotional all the time for no reason, always tired, yeast infection and food cravings.

No. Ur more than likely experiencing side from the implant, especially since it’s expired & the hormones start decreasing closer to the time of it expiring, which means u can experience side effects. That said, if ur still worried about pregnancy, then just take a test.

You can spot/bleed while pregnant. But not period no. Pregnancy symptoms are pretty much the exact same as period symptoms. Sometimes you experience different period symptoms than what you have had normally. Especially if your nexplanon just expired.

But you have a way higher possibility of it just being side effect of bc

You have spotting and bleeding while pregant. While no birth control is 100%, I would say your symptoms are more likely to be due to your period and birth control than for you to be pregnant.
But, when in doubt, take a test.
