So. i decided that it would be a good idea to get stoned while my parents were out of town. GUYS I SHIT YOU NOT THIS WAS THE SCARIEST THING THATS EVER HAPPENED TO ME

So, i’ve only ever smoked with my boyfriend, about four or five times. I was with three people who i wasn’t very close w/. bad choice.

So we smoked outside then we came inside and within two seconds of realizing i was high I FLIPPED SHIT.

I didn’t wanna be high anymore, but i was so stoned lmao

I tried to get back into reality, but i couldnt. and obv the more you think about it the worse it is.

so i sat on the couch. i was so scared. all of the stress i had built up came and hit me and i was so sad about everything.

THEN MY BODY WENT NUMB. I FELT LIKE I WAS FLOATING. i could not breathe. i was having a panic attack. alls i remember is screaming at the top of my lungs. it was like a replay of events

first, i was okay, in my head. then slowly the room would fade away, everything would turn black and the voices would fade. i would feel nothing. then all at once, i would come back to reality and FREAK THE FUCK OUT bc of what just happened. the whole cycle would last about five seconds. so every five seconds, I WOULD FLIP OUT. the whole thing lasted about two hours. over and over.

my friends were trying to tell me it’s okay, but they were high so i felt like i couldn’t trust them the only person who wasn’t high was my twin sister. SO I MADE HE HOLD ME SO I COULD SLEEP FOR AN HOUR. every once in a while i would wake up and be scared again. but then i would just tell myself to go back to sleep.

So it all faded. i wasn’t high anymore. and i tried to go to bed. and i woke up a few minutes later having an anxiety attack. and today, i tried to take a nap, but woke up with anxiety bc i thought it was happening again.

idk what to do. i’m having such anxiety over this. IM SO FUCKING DUMB IM NEVER SMOKING AGAIN.
