Mucus

Hi guys so my last period was 6 weeks ago. I have the implant and I’ve taken a pregnancy test and it’s came back as negative! The last few weeks I’ve had constant watery heavy mucus like it’s so heavy! Does anybody know why this is? I know normally during my cycle I have creamy mucus when my period is due but for the past few weeks it’s watery? I’ve never had this before does anyone know and what does it mean? TIA
