Am I being ripped off...?

So my fiancé and I won an engagement photo shoot online, and because he’s in the military, we ended up being unable to do it. I recently contacted the studio, just to see if they had any openings (when he gets back from being out to sea), and they said not for engagement sessions, but they did have some boudoir openings. I was hesitant, but I agreed to consider a boudoir session. They called, and we chatted about some stuff, and I had a consultation appointment this morning...

The photo albums are so ridiculously expensive- about $1600 for the cheapest one, and they don’t offer payment plans for purchases under $2000. Also, you only get digital copies of the photos you buy. They do offer 8x10 photos to purchase, and they’re $85 each...! I feel like I’m being scammed! Am I right?

For reference, my wedding photographer (different state, since we’re getting married where I’m from, not where we currently live) gave us a package that’s $1500, and includes 6 hours of photography, 4 8x10 photos, and ALL of the digitals for us to have... and that’s in a state with a MUCH higher cost of living! And for a wedding!

Update:

Thanks! I know our wedding photographer (not this crazy expensive company) is going to do an engagement sitting/session with us, I was just going to try to take advantage of this “free” boudoir photo session... contemplating doing these photos and only getting a few 8x10 prints, and just have the experience of a boudoir shoot... but definitely won’t be purchasing an album or any of their ridiculous items!
