mirena having bad cramps had for over 2 years

i had my mirena iud inserted on january 18 2017 and my period was irregular at first still kind of is but ive had pretty bad pains it feels like thepain right at my cervix when they inserted it thats how bad my cramps hurt and im sexually active i live with my SO. I do just get spotting thats light pink or light brown most of the time its pretty light but i have pains that are so bad that im sometimes just unable to get out of bed or move sometimes.
