My past made me who I am today
I finally get married on Friday after being together for seven years. ♥️ I honestly can’t wait. He’s my everything. We are high school sweethearts. 👰🏻🤵🏻💍
We share two kids together and I’m currently pregnant. 17 weeks. Due Jan 19th 2019. Found out we’re having another little girl. We already have a five year old daughter. ( Emmalyn Nicole )
We also have a two year old son. ( Cayson Vincent )
We have our ups and downs but at the end of the day we always know that we’re here for each other and no one can get in the middle of it. We had our first child at the age of 17 and 19 so we really didn’t have time to grow. We had to learn how to become parents and I would never change that for the world. 🧒🏼👧🏼
My wedding nails 💅🏻 and my engagement ring. 💍 I do have to say, I’m in love with both. He did a great job picking it out. Rose gold princess cut. My favorite diamond of all time.
My family and I at the beach last week. ( Aug 7th - Aug 10th )
I just wanted to share something I am proud of and it’s my family. I had a terrible past with physical, mental, sexual and emotional abuse. I was in and out of foster care, homeless shelters, eating out of trash cans, goes days without eating to HAVING THIS AMAZING family I made. My past makes it hard sometimes but my fiancé always comes through and helps me deal with it. I use to cut because it was hard dealing with things and the memories of my past. I would hate myself because I felt like it was me who put myself in those positions but I FINALLY realized it wasn’t. I was a child, it was my parents responsibility to protect me NOT myself.
I never thought I’ll see myself where I am today because of my past but I am wrong. I don’t want to change anything. If I could go back in time and change my past, I honestly wouldn’t because it made me the person, soon to be wife and mother I am today.
Thank you for everyone who took sometime to read what I wrote. ♥️
