progesterone 2 questions

i just started taking progesterone so technically i have 2 questions...

1. so i got the call friday the 3rd from my RE at night (he goes on vacay for 3 weeks so no reaching the office) saying i had ovulated (had blood work that am) and to start my progesterone suppositories 3x a day.

he didnt tell me when i ovulated just that i did. so i started taking the suppositories. since i dont know when i ovulated exactly when do i stop taking them? do i take them for 14 days or less? i believe i ovulated on august 1st but that is just bc i had a HSG and there was a huge follicle on one side they said i might ovulate soon..... so i may be 14dpo.....if i take them for the full 14 days from when i started.... my period isnt even due until several days after that (i mustve ovulated early, i did have a HSG this month). im so lost. yes i took a preg test 2 days ago and bfn...and today bfn (11 days on progesterone still a week from expected period).

2. do the symptoms ever go away while taking the progesterone? so far ive had horrible cramps. pinching on one side mostly. pimples. complete exhaustion where i take 2 naps a day. bloating. diarrhea. irritability. nausea. gag reflex is horrible i have a hard time brushing my teeth. sore breasts.

this will get better as i take it month to month right?

hopefully we will only need one more month *knock on wood* fingers crossed.
