Blood rash?

Hi girls sorry if this isn't appropriate but I've just finished showering and I've noticed his thing under my boob. It looks like a rash but it's blood under the skin? Has anyone had this before and if so how do I get rid of it?

My breasts swell and I get this at the time of the month. My partner loves my swollen breasts - they are big anyway but he can’t get enough lol. 
I have a Mirena coil fitted so never actually get periods but still have symptoms like swollen boobs and cramps etc. It’s usually gone in a day. My breasts are slightly itchy when they swell and this is what happens. 
If it doesn’t go or spreads see your doctor

it looks like yeast which is common in the hot of summer apply yeast infection  cream and try to keep yourself dry
